Professional Expertise As Senior Research Analyst in Indianapolis, Matt has is responsible for managing the research platform in the Indianapolis Metropolitan Statistical Area, as well as other surrounding Indiana commercial real estate markets. He is responsible for overseeing, executing and delivering market research and analytics to internal and external clients through maintaining Cushman & Wakefield’s proprietary commercial real estate database. Indianapolis’s proprietary data source helps provide Cushman & Wakefield clients with a leading edge in regards to current and accurate data on over 300 million square feet of office and industrial property. Matt has an impressive pedigree of client service. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he worked for Fortune 500 companies Caterpillar and Cummins providing analytical support and project management for various engineering group within the companies. He also obtained his Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in his time at Caterpillar. Currently, Matt serves on the Alumni Council for his alma mater, Franklin College, where he and other alumnus provide perspective on current college decisions and programs for current students to prepare for life after college. Matt is motivated to combine his wealth of experience with his analytic background to help drive business development and provide in-depth analysis of market research data alongside the Indianapolis brokerage services teams.
