Patrick Lindley has specialized in tenant representation and corporate advisory since beginning his career in the Indianapolis office in 1984. In his quest to add value and provide the highest level of brokerage service to his clients, Patrick grew his team to include professionals who provide construction services, location analysis and economic incentive procurement. This successful approach has been utilized on many large build-to-suit projects across the country over the past 38 years. Patrick’s career has included many leadership roles within the firm, including training and mentoring new associates.
